This project carried additional challenges due to our proximity to the Mission of Santa Barbara historical site. Special conditions were imposed and the project evolved into a very custom pool build, overseen by Santa Barbara Environmental Health and the City of Santa Barbara Public Works, Historical Landmarks Commission.

The work site was always kept clean, operational time constraints were observed, the project was finished before the due date and stayed within budget. Last minute changes were readily accommodated and the Marymount staff was always in the loop as to progress, obstacles, and solutions. The pool is indeed a beautiful restoration which Marymount students have enjoyed for the past four months.
